I just picked up my 2013 Focus from service after a very lengthy diagnosis and confirmation of my concern. This is where I met Jeff the Service Manager. He took the time after repairs to explain what was do lengthy diagnosis and confirmation of my concern. This is where I met Jeff the Service Manager. He took the time after repairs to explain what was done diagnostically and at first they could not confirm the issue. Well Jeff did not stop there. He actually offered to drive my car home because most of the concern happened first thing in the morning. The next morning, (first thing), Jeff was on the horn discussing with me that the efforts paid off in finding my concern. After repairs, not only did ne replace the gas used, he had more put in the car and had it washed, (HAND WASHED). Right from the beginning, Andrea the service writer, kept me in the loop from start to finish which is why I come to her for serveral years. It is for these reasons.. Jeff, Andrea and the techs. that I continue my business here. There are many Ford dealers that get bashed in ratings due to their conduct, NOT the Brand. These dealers should learn from Jeff and Andrea and he crew in the Service Department..Jeff, YOU DA MAN! More

I would never return or suggest that anyone get service done at this location...drive a bit further and go to their close competitor(s). I wanted simple service done (oil change and tire rotation) with done at this location...drive a bit further and go to their close competitor(s). I wanted simple service done (oil change and tire rotation) with a service issue on an appointment. Briarwood Ford would not service my car in the allotted appointment time and could not guarantee that service would be completed. Service team was less than helpful and didn't care. Emails to staff went unanswered...it's apparent they don't care of the needs of their customers. I will not return and will urge others to not do the same. Since when has the service industry taken an appointment as an inconvenience? More
