Above and beyond! Shopping for cars can be very stressful, especially after recently being in a car accident and feeling the pressure to purchase a new car unexpectedl Shopping for cars can be very stressful, especially after recently being in a car accident and feeling the pressure to purchase a new car unexpectedly. Nothing is worse than high pressure sales during a life changing event. Dealing with Jeff Schor, at Elkin's Cheverlot was anything but that. Jeff was wonderful to work with and put us at ease from the very start. My husband and I were blown away by his dedication, help, and most importantly his patience. Bringing our two year old son with us could have been a disaster, but Jeff's kindness and large stash of lollipops kept all our moods at ease. The small play area also helped keep our son occupied. We are confident we made the right choice with the wonderful guidance we received. After being the 4th dealership visited this week, Elkin's has changed our perspective on how buying a car should be. My husband and I were so relieved and excited to leave the dealership with a new Chevy, Traverse, and pleased with the price we paid for all the amenities we hoped for. I called Elkins Chevrolet initially to express my desires to purchase this vehicle and I was forwarded to Jeff Schor. Jeff listened to my request and was extremely professional in his interaction. When I arrived he was quickly available and was attentive to my questions and requests. After my test drive he handed me over to Russ Abate who handled finalizing the numbers to make my monthly payment work. On the day that I purchased the vehicle they worked quickly to expedite the paperwork process and Jeff did a wonderful job of showing me all the technical aspects of the car before allowing me to drive off with my new truck. I met Jeff Schor and he showed me a 2015 Demo with 2400 miles which I was looking for. I told Jeff I wanted to bring my wife in. When ever we had questions Jeff always had the answer. You knew he understood the business inside and out, and we liked that. Jeff was always polite and took care of everything. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy the ride. Lisa Hulmes took care of the financial part. Again efficient and very polite.
