My wife and I were searching for a Kia Rondo for the last 6 months and we finally found one with a 3rd row seat and low mileage at Elkins Chevrolet. I called Elkins Chevrolet and was immediately impressed b 6 months and we finally found one with a 3rd row seat and low mileage at Elkins Chevrolet. I called Elkins Chevrolet and was immediately impressed by the Sales Manager Joe Capra. He was extremely friendly and welcoming and answered all of my questions. Let me first say that I was skeptical at first that the car was even real because the pictures online looked so great for a used car. Also, many dealerships I have been to in the last 6 months play the bait and switch game, and nine out of ten times the car you look at online is magically sold by the time you arrive at the dealership, or the price is jacked up by 50%, or the mileage is inaccurate - the list goes on and on. Elkins Chevrolet is the first car dealership I have ever been to that does everything right. I arrived at Elkins and was greeted by Joe Capra who was just as welcoming and friendly in person as he was on the phone. Joe introduced my family and I to Jeff Schor (Our Salesman) and Jeff was by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. We all know how car salesman can be, so I do not need to go into that, but I can tell you that Jeff is the polar opposite of a typical "Salesman". Jeff listened to us and got to know my family and I, so that by the time we sat down to discuss pricing we genuinely felt comfortable and at ease. I should add that we had all four of our kids with us (Plus my mother/father in law:) and Jeff immediately made us all feel at home. He gave the kids coloring books, crayons, puzzles and bracelets and set them up in the break room with Cable TV (Disney Channel For The Kids). The coloring books and TV kept them occupied for a while, but kids-being kids, they eventually invaded the sales floor running, laughing and having fun. I must say that everyone we met at Elkins made our family feel at home and there was not one raised eyebrow to be found. Everyone was quite simply - a pleasure to be around. Jeff Schor took us for a test drive and patiently showed us the Kia Rondo inside and out. By the way, the car did exist and it was just as described in the online advertisement, so we were extremely happy. To make a very long story short, we came to Elkins Chevrolet with our guards up and really not knowing what to expect, but we left with a great car at a great price, and more importantly we had the best customer service experience we have ever had. I would not be sitting up at 10:30pm on a Monday night writing this review if I did not feel like sharing our wonderful experience with all of you. We will definitely highly recommend Elkins Chevrolet to anyone that needs a car and wants to be treated great! More

Jeff was warm, welcoming and c purchased a new car in over almost 20 years! I was very unfamiliar with the purchase process and new car technology. Jeff was warm, welcoming and caring (to myself AND my 9 year old son!) from the first minute he greeted me outside in the cold rain. He explained everything clearly and "at my level." He was never pushy or "salesman - y." I drove my new Malibu home within a few hours that day! I will recommend Jeff to anyone I know in the market for a vehicle.
