By providing some good market research on my end on both new and used prices the deal was completed in a short period of time with little need for the long back and forth negotiations. This is my fourth Subaru purchased from Dean Team which should tell you something about the dealership customer focused environment. Bought 2 cars from them and they still tried to screw me over! My first Crosstrek hybrid died after 6 years (nightmare with the service department!!)
