The service department once again went above and beyond to satisfy. On a routine maintenance visit, upon request, they took efforts to remove a small stain from the driver seat. Toyota of Nashua has the worst, most unorganized service department I have ever seen. When I bought my car in Manchester, it took them a week to fix two things that I later found out was more than what they department I have ever seen. When I bought my car in Manchester, it took them a week to fix two things that I later found out was more than what they told me, otherwise, I would not have moved forward with buying the car. After having the 2020 Corolla for 9 months, the whole system including airbags, heating, windshield wipers, headlights, etc. started to malfunction. I made an apt for Thursday 2/1/24. With no updates I called the next evening and they had not even looked at the car. It is now Tuesday 2/6 and they STILL have not looked at my car. I told them I will be there today after work to enable the device in my car so they can work on it and got the okay! But when I got there they told me they don’t have time. I now have to take a day out of work to hold their hand. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOYOTA SERVICE FOR MAINTENANCE! More

Been to service 5 times and my brakes still vibrate. They won’t do anymore for me, I was told by corporate that it leaves the shop working fine. Problem is within 2-3 days the brakes are vibrating aga They won’t do anymore for me, I was told by corporate that it leaves the shop working fine. Problem is within 2-3 days the brakes are vibrating again and the front end shimmies. But they won’t help me, I believe they bandaid whatever the real problem is instead of fixing it because my truck is still under warranty! I have been driving over forty years and want to to trust my vehicle that I just bought in April. But I don’t trust them! More
