My car notified me for oil change one week after it was supposedly done. Also- I asked the service manager to check my windshield wiper because fluid wasn’t coming out of it. He said no problem. The windshield wiper still doesn’t deposit fluid onto my windshield. Nothing was done. And on top of that- no car wash. I’m starting to think that no maintained was completed at all. I took my vehicle in for an inspection for the tie rod recall. Because when I turn my wheel there is clicking noise. They then told me it was a motor mount and gave me a 2000 dollar bill of other things n recall. Because when I turn my wheel there is clicking noise. They then told me it was a motor mount and gave me a 2000 dollar bill of other things needed but left off the tie rod and oil change which I do need an oil change. I feel they did not inspect my vehicle properly. As I am car savvy and do know clicking when turning the wheel is not do to a motor mount. I am very disappointed in the service and feel they just didn't want to replace the recall More
