Communication was lacking. Booked online for repairs. Showed up on time as scheduled, to be told no one could look at until Monday (2 days). Fine. Monday 2 pm still nothing. Booked online for repairs. Showed up on time as scheduled, to be told no one could look at until Monday (2 days). Fine. Monday 2 pm still nothing. I called twice, no answer. Emailed and got an AI (I hope) response from Sales. I replied asking about my truck to receive a phone call from a guy that didn't know why he was calling me. Extremely frustrating. Service didn't call me to tell me my truck was ready, they then dodged me completely and called an alternate and left a message with my husband that it was ready the following day. All the irritation stemmed from employees lack of communication and a xxxxxxxx AI email. All of that can be fixed. I won't recommend until I have a better experience. Money comes from people, you need clients. More

They were very professional! I had an issue with a “rattling noise” after I picked my jeep up. I went right back. The service technician offered to have someone ride with me. Carson came along and to my absolute embarrassment he noticed it was because my passenger visor was not clipped. He calmed my embarrassment and tells me it’s okay happens all the time. He was very kind about it as well. Even when I felt so embarrassed. More

Recently purchased my second vehicle with Southern. The Greenbrier VW location lacks professionalism and character. As far as my recent experience with Southern Churchland, it has been a bleeping headache!!!! First service was a tire plug, all that was serviced was that one tire and it wasn’t pumped to the correct PSI, the remaining tire pressures were still reading low. ( I had to personally service my vehicle) Secondly, Scheduled service wasn’t able to be performed on Monday due to no loaner vehicle available ( I was told there was a loaner vehicle over the phone, scheduled a week and half prior) Was told loaner vehicle was at another location and would receive call when ready… it is now Three days later still no call! I’ve called and left messages, got the run around! Next I will contact Corporate More
