Absolute joke. Called on Monday to inquire about a used car they had listed. They said it wasn't available and they need to take the posting down due to a recall iss Called on Monday to inquire about a used car they had listed. They said it wasn't available and they need to take the posting down due to a recall issue. I noticed the posting was still up that same week on Friday. I called them to see if anything changed, and one of their staff said that it shouldn't be up still due to the recall, but then said they'd call me back because they may be able to work something out so I can buy the vehicle and bring it in when the recall replacement part comes in. Few hours later they called back saying it was good for purchase. I scheduled a time to see the car that same night. About an hour prior my appointment they give me a call and said that the car was sold the day prior (THURSDAY), which was THREE days after my initial call about the car. It seems that their sales team is absolute garbage when a car goes from initially not being able to be sold on that Friday to being sold the day prior on Thursday. This dealership is an absolute joke. More

They have so much to offer and make the experience just amazing overall. They are no pressure and no commission so there is no one lurking to hustle you through and take your money. They are easy going and genuinely interested in helping you with the process. On top of that they are incredibly knowledgeable about their product! I just yesterday picked up my new vehicle...I was lucky enough to work with Jeff Hanson, who has been at the dealership for 13 years! He was absolutely FANTASTIC! Then, my BMW Genius Marcus Decherd spent more than HOUR with me going over the entire vehicle and its systems and got everything I needed programmed in! I pulled off the lot feeling like I had been in the car forever...it fit like a glove! Its the equivalent of getting a finely tailored suit made just for you from scratch! The whole team is amazing there...Todd Courtney, Matt Rebeck, and the GM Rich Battista and Jeff Capps are the best in the biz in my opinion. Hands down if you are shopping for a car...look no further than Schomp! More
