Established case law prevents dealerships from adding warranties and or contracts without the consent of the customer. This is exactly what they tried to do. When confronted about this they became extrem warranties and or contracts without the consent of the customer. This is exactly what they tried to do. When confronted about this they became extremely aggressive and agitated. Would not recommend this dealership or person for your own safety and sanity. More

This dealership and Mike Klein scammed me when financing my new vehicle. They added a package for $6,000.00 more than I agreed to. Overall, the dealership is and always has been great for working with sales personnel and service. We have leased/purchased 4 cars from this dealership. All went well with the sales again this time and our working with sales personnel and service. We have leased/purchased 4 cars from this dealership. All went well with the sales again this time and our price point was being met. However, when we went back to seal the deal with a basic service contract things got very frustrating. Matt Parnell offered us a huge contract package which we did not want. It also raised the price of the monthly lease payment considerably. I said I wanted a very basic contract which didn’t seem to exist. Matt seemed unwilling to taylor the service contract to what we wanted and could afford. Finally, after we almost walked out of deal, we decided on a number which was still much higher than what we had been told with our salesman and other gentleman who had to approve it on the floor. Unfortunately, Matt almost soured us on the entire deal. What we were being told out front did not hold when we went back to Matt. If we continue with your dealership at the end of this lease, we will not deal with Matt Parnell again if he is still there. More
