We were so thankful our exhaustive search for a new car finally led us to the Acura MDX at Muller’s Woodfield Acura! After several weekends of being tricked into other dealerships with false pricing and av finally led us to the Acura MDX at Muller’s Woodfield Acura! After several weekends of being tricked into other dealerships with false pricing and availability of what we were in the market for, and sitting with other salesmen who didn’t know anything about their vehicles, we thought we’d try one more place before giving up for a while. What a great decision, as we went to Muller’s and we were greeted by Lance Dailey who had the exact car with the exact features we were looking for, at the price range they advertised! No gimmicks, or tricks, instead Lance had the car out front, heated seats on, ready for the best test drive we ever experienced. Lance actually knows all the features of what he is selling and walked us through it all in such a simple and pleasant way! That is how you sell a car! We couldn’t be happier with our new Acura MDX! We went to him during the summer looking for an MDX after four terrible experiences with four different Hyundai dealers, originally searchi process. Enter Lance, who was a consummate professional, never pushed the sale, answered all our questions, and was genuine in his interest in Acura cars, and the history of the brand (way to go Muller for the model Integra by the waiting room). Having had a 2015 TLX most recently, Our experience with Lance reminded us of the reasons we went with an Acura to begin with. While it took many months to secure the exact trim and color combo of an MDX we wanted due to the pandemic-driven supply chain issues, Lance was always transparent upfront with what he could do, and exactly what we should expect, which is all we ever wanted when looking for a new car. He also helped us get a good price for our TLX as a trade in, and made it a quick and obvious decision to figure out if we were going to keep the car or trade in. All around, we highly recommend working with Lance, and hope to do so again in the future when looking for another car. He sets a high bar for a sales leader during a time when dealers have every incentive to treat customers like another number - it’s clear he takes pride in his profession and it certainly made THE difference for us. I bought a 19 TLX from Muller's Woodfield Acura. I live about 3 hours away and they had a vehicle I was interested in so I contacted them via the website. Danielle, the internet sales manager, George, my salesman, and Jeff, the finance manager, all worked quickly to ensure everything was ready within a few days for me to buy the car and drive it home. George was even nice enough to pick me up at the airport, which I greatly appreciated. The car was even better in person than in the pictures. Muller's Woodfield Acura's detail person did an absolutely fantastic job. I signed the paperwork and was out of there, and on my way home, within an hour of arriving at the dealership.
