I bought a used 2021 Kia Soul from Woodfield Acura. John Mavraganis was my sales rep and could not have been nicer or easier to deal with. I had a great experience from the time I entered to the time I left. I came from Milwaukee, WI and was Greeted by John who assisted me over the phone before I traveled there. I was there for all of maybe 3-4 hours and left same day with the vehicle I came to test drive! That meant a lot to me considering he knew I didn't want to waste anytime and wanted to leave with the truck I wanted. He had things lined up for easier process. He was great and funny. I had a few minor issues in finance and Jeff helped me get through them and understand. he did not let me leave without understanding the terms of my finance paperwork. He was awesome! They gave me a trade in price higher than 3 other dealers had and the price of the car I bought was listed priced ve others at other dealerships are.
