I was in a snow storm and my heater wasn’t working so I pulled over to a gas station to see if I could get help. Jeff Duvall a service manager at the Ford dealership was the one to drop everything and get pulled over to a gas station to see if I could get help. Jeff Duvall a service manager at the Ford dealership was the one to drop everything and get my truck into his shop to see if he could help. He not only told me I was out of antifreeze but was able to let me know the temp gauge wasn’t working as well as the direction of airflow from my heater into the cab wouldn’t go on defrost. He put the antifreeze in my truck and let me know what his concerns were that without him I would have been stuck on the side of the road in a snow storm with no heat. He put me as a priority and I am more than grateful for his professionalism, willingness to help, and his over all knowledge on assessing the situation and getting me back on the road and safe at home. I believe he saved my truck and I’s life literally. HUGE THANK YOU TO JEFF!! More
