Not very friendly When you come to there store seems as if the staff has a bad attitude not really helpful in wanting to help you, odd people working there don't seem When you come to there store seems as if the staff has a bad attitude not really helpful in wanting to help you, odd people working there don't seem to care to answer questions about your car. They need desperate customer service attitude training and or better management my 2 cents More

Vehicle software update Service staff was very helpful with installing vehicle updates. Even had the necessary part I needed in stock and showed me how to install it to save Service staff was very helpful with installing vehicle updates. Oil change was done on time while I waited. I know can count on Interstate Ford to provide service on time. Because I live in Brighton I like to wait on my oil service instead of drop off. I have two vehicles and I usually wait in the lobby when I have oil service, brake repair or other services done. Interstate has always been on time. More

Counting on Interstate Ford for maintenance and repairs Interstate Ford is a blessing for maintenance and repairs to my 2008 F350. The folks in service and parts are always helpful. Exemplary Service Team It is unfortunate for me, because I do not know a single name of any of the employees, I recognize them by face only. Nevertheless, since I've been getting my vehicle serviced at Interstate Ford (it has been a few years) I have no complaints what-so-ever. The same goes out to the sales team as well. I have had many opportunities to speak with the various sales force members and because of their professional attitudes and the way they make me feel like a valued customer, I will buy my next vehicle from Interstate Ford. In the same time I have worked with the parts department and I have seen a complete turn around in their customer service and parts availability. Having no hidden agendas, I will say that past parts service was something to be desired. However, with the addition of the tall blond gentleman, (unfortunately I do not know his name), I buy my parts from them. Great work people; a great atmosphere and a nice facility. More

Engine cooling fan squeaking on spin down, and tire rotation I was disappointed in Ford's response that it is a known problem but they don't feel it needs to be fixed.
