Very pleased I have dealt with this dealership now known as Ford Lincoln of Franklin since I moved to the Franklin area close to 18 years now. Jeff Dawson has always been courteous, patient, and continuously keeps my personal needs (and wants) first when assisting me with my vehicle needs. My financial situations have changed over the years due to life's ups and down, but each time his "kind" professionalism brings me the best vehicle with a great price that I can afford. I recommend Jeff Dawson and Ford Lincoln of Franklin to any and all who are looking for a great place to buy or lease their next vehicle. More

I test purchased a Chevy Equinox from this dealership. I worked with Jeff Dawson. He was able to make the purchase transition very smooth. I love this place! The staff was very plesant and the showroom was nice too! The salesperson Jeff was very helpful and knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions and address any concerns that I showroom was nice too!
