My wife and I went to purchase a new vehicle and we knew exactly what we wanted. It was a 2010 Lincoln MKX Midnight Edition. Ford of Franklin had it in inventory and we were introduced to Jeff Dawson. We th exactly what we wanted. It was a 2010 Lincoln MKX Midnight Edition. Ford of Franklin had it in inventory and we were introduced to Jeff Dawson. We then looked it over with him and test drove the vehicle. After negotiations with Jeff and John (the pre-owned manager), we arrived at an agreement and were sent to the financing dept where we met Marcus Smith. Dealing with him was just as much of a breeze as Jeff and John. He found a great interest rate for us and we were then leaving the dealership in our new ride. Overall, the dealership had exactly what I was looking for in inventory and all of the people that I was involved with were great. I have had horrible experiences trying to look for vehicles at one particular Ford dealership in the city that I live in and that has resulted in not purchasing from them. Instead, I drove to Franklin and was taken care of. Next time I will more than likely just drive to Franklin again.Thanks guys. More
