Outstanding service by the Kia team I originally brought the vehicle and only for an oil change, but they reminded me that I needed an 8000 mile checkup. prior to this service (oil filter change) only the Kia was in service dept over 10 days for a recall. no updates had to keep calling. Same with GMC terrain service. over 6 days before done. I recently bought a Buick Enclave from Southern Buick GMC, and I have to say, it was a pretty great experience overall. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which put me at GMC, and I have to say, it was a pretty great experience overall. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which put me at ease right away. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the different options without any pressure. The Enclave itself is amazing. It’s spacious, comfortable, and has all the features I wanted, like a nice infotainment system and plenty of safety options. The test drive was smooth, and I really enjoyed how it handled on the road. The financing process was straightforward, too. They explained everything clearly, and I felt like I was getting a fair deal. I appreciated that they worked with me to find the best payment plan that fit my budget. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and would recommend Southern Buick GMC if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. They made the whole process easy, and I love my Enclave. More
