Won’t turn off service needed box on dash without spending $500. Will not do it for $300 oil change. Ridiculous. Customer Lounge smells like stale sewer. I took the car in to have summer tires installed. I was charged for a 43 point inspection that I did not authorize. The cost was more than $500 and the car only has 16,000 miles. They actually drive from Littleton all the way to Westminster to pick up my car for service and then deliver it back to me when it's ready. This level of convenience eliminates all the usual hassles of car maintenance, no more arranging rides or sitting in waiting rooms. But they don't stop there. Every single time my car comes back from service, it's been thoroughly washed and vacuumed, looking better than when I dropped it off. These thoughtful touches show they truly care about the complete customer experience, not just fixing what's broken. This dealership has completely transformed how I think about car service. They've taken what used to be a stressful, time consuming chore and made it effortless.
