Dawn was fantastic and friendly, was helping us buy not trying to be sold to and as an adult with many car purchases I appreciated that. Our finance manager repeatedly tried to adjust numbers for additiona trying to be sold to and as an adult with many car purchases I appreciated that. Not the best experience! Their sales tactics are very tacky. We drove over 3 hours for a vehicle that had been traded into their lot 30+ days before us reaching out. We loved Their sales tactics are very tacky. We drove over 3 hours for a vehicle that had been traded into their lot 30+ days before us reaching out. We loved the vehicle via Facebook pictures and loved it even more after seeing in person, with a few minor damages that weren’t mentioned, but no biggie. As any normal person would do, we stepped away for the night, got some dinner and a hotel down the road to discuss the purchase letting our salesman know we would definitely be back first thing when they opened either way. 10PM my fiancé starts getting Facebook messages from the salesman asking what our thoughts were ending the messages with someone else is interested in the vehicle and would be there at 9AM in the morning to look at the vehicle. Super strange because we discussed coming back at 9AM either way. During the transaction process from the time we left to 9AM the next morning we were told about 5+ times that someone else was “very interested” and would be coming! At this point our thoughts were okay then obviously it isn’t meant to be and we’d go look at the actual CADI dealership down the road, which we did but we were still stuck on this one. 9AM we went in and sealed the deal. Prior to our visit we got a loan approved through our bank and let the financing lady at the dealership know this and told her several different times do not run our credit that she could speak with our bank And as we were sitting there, my fiancé and I got notifications from Credit Karma that she ran our credit!!! She was apologetic saying she did not know that was going to happen And wanted to say that hard inquiries don’t affect your credit score. I’ll leave this here because I’m extremely annoyed with this!! Also, we’re going on three months now, and we have not received our plates. This dealership Told me to wait another 2 to 3 weeks because the state is backed up. If it weren’t for us wanting this particular vehicle We definitely would’ve walked away from this dealership. There are far too many other Chevy dealerships around to deal with unprofessionalism. *note I called and left a voicemail for “manager” Jason and never received a phone call back! More
