The process was long but the sales representative was very friendly and patient. I could test drive the car that I wanted. It was great! Needed new fuel efficient vehicle After changing jobs I was in the market for a new fuel efficient vehicle. I knew Honda had a reputation for quality, so I searched online to find a m After changing jobs I was in the market for a new fuel efficient vehicle. I knew Honda had a reputation for quality, so I searched online to find a match. The Indy Honda website was easy to use and made finding a new car simple. I found a car I was interested in and reached out through the website to schedule a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership the car had already been brought up to the front. Chris met with us and we went out for a drive. The car was exactly what I expected. After the test drive we returned to work out the deal. I was pleasantly surprised when I found that the car price was actually slightly lower than the deal that I had received through the website. Chris went over the optional protection plans but did not pressure us at all. When the final paperwork was ready we went to the finance department and completed it in minutes. The whole process was the quickest and had the least up sell pressure I have ever experienced. I will definitely recommend Indy Honda to anyone looking to buy a new Honda. More
