Great Sales Experience The sales experience in itself was great. Mark is always very good about taking care of his customers and ensuring their needs are met. TK did a fantastic job getting the paperwork for the deal completed. Jason was great and quick with completing the financing for the vehicle. My only issue was the wait time for financing. The 2 hour wait just for financing added to the time you're already there for paperwork and everything else is a bit much. More

All Around Good Experience I test drove the Honda HR-V and CR-V yesterday, compared it to the Mazda CX-5 down the street. Scott and Honda was really helpful and informative, but I test drove the Honda HR-V and CR-V yesterday, compared it to the Mazda CX-5 down the street. Scott and Honda was really helpful and informative, but not pushy. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I bought the CR-V. The 1.9% financing worked out to be better even compared to the 0% financing with Mazda. $1000 Honda loyalty discount because I owned a Honda, $500 as a recent graduate, and $2500 for my trade in. Scott really worked with me to get my monthly payments were they needed to be by looking at details like 2WD vs. AWD, and other financing options. Scott told me which paperwork I needed to provide and made it convenient for me to turn it in in the next few days. Follow-up communication has gone well, no unexpected surprises. All around good experience, no bad mouth other make/models of cars, comfortable customer experience. More
