After hitting a deer and totaling my Mazda CX-5 right before Christmas, I needed a new car and wanted the process to be as easy/quick as possible. There was no question that we would go back to Jason Mer before Christmas, I needed a new car and wanted the process to be as easy/quick as possible. There was no question that we would go back to Jason Mertens at Russ Darrow Greenfield! My husband, brother, and grandfather have all purchased cars from Jason and we have nothing but positive things to say about our experiences. Jason came in on his day off to help me purchase a car, which shows his dedication and how much he cares about his customers. He never once made it feel like we were inconveniencing him. When making such a big purchase, it’s really important to trust that you’re getting a fair deal. I never question that with Jason. The process was smooth sailing and he made sure I got the exact car I wanted. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond for his customers. My family will keep buying Mazdas as long as Jason Mertens keeps selling them!! And, of course, because they are great, reliable cars! More

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Adam and Jason were both amazing throughout my new car purchase. Jason even came in on his day off to make sure my car was delivered to me, which truly meant a lot and shows the level of care he has f car purchase. Gus, the finance manager, was great as well he wasn’t pushy at all and made sure I got the best deal possible. I can’t say enough about Jason, my salesman. I went in, told him what I was looking for, and he listened! He gave me options. He was patient, and was very knowledgeable.
