I contacted the dealership and informed them of the situation and requested the vehicle be fixed. A short time later, I was contacted by the General Manager, Bruce Johnson. Mr. Johnson worked with me as well as the Chevrolet dealership my truck was stuck at. The part my truck needed was backordered. Mr. Johnson checked in almost daily to update me on the process of locating the backordered GM part. Within a few days, Mr. Johnson and the team at Team Dodge Myrtle Beach located the part and had it shipped overnight to the Chevrolet dealership where my truck was located. Mr. Johnson remained in contact with me after my truck was fixed to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. By far the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership, and I will trust them with future purchases. This dealership will make sure you are happy with your purchase and will work to fix any issues should any arise. I am 100% happy I shopped at Team Dodge Ram of Myrtle Beach. More
Purchased a jeep from them. We were going to go in tonight and buy the Grand Cherokee that is on the lot as well, assuming it was still there, but not after this. So… when I purchased the vehicle the oil change sticker said 7,500 for next oil change. (The first oil change was supposed to be free by the way.. at least that’s what our salesman said). My wife took it in for its first oil change since we purchased it. $150 and now the sticker is 5,000 for next oil change. I call up and speak to a “service manager” who said I was being “silly” for asking why it would have changed and for feeling like I was trying being taken advantage of. I’m glad me pointing out a significant difference in mileage from the time I purchased the vehicle to the time I got the next oil change is “silly”. What it comes down to is, I only use this vehicle to go back and forth to work so it takes a good bit before I need an oil change. I admit I could be wrong but it seems like because I don’t drive it much they changed the mileage to 5k so we would come in more. The manager just kept saying how silly of a conversation it was. That silly conversation cost you guys a 30k+ sale and I’ll be sure to tell EVERYONE about my experience. PS. The sales people are all extremely nice. Everyone we dealt with, other than the service department, was great. It is a shame their service department has no guidelines on which they service their customers by. According to the service manager, the suggested oil change is dependent on who does the oil change. So it can vary depending on who does it. Absolutely terrible business practice. More

Grady did such a good job, we walked in just looking and drove out with a 2025 Dodge 1500 Laramie back home. Very impressed with the dealership! If I need anything more, I will go no where else! Awesome! Geremy Reichert and his team went out of way to find parts and keep things moving- Shame on upper management of this dealer ship and Dodge Corp for n Geremy Reichert and his team went out of way to find parts and keep things moving- Shame on upper management of this dealer ship and Dodge Corp for not having parts nor being able to supply even delivery dates- Parts to be OEM replaced were complete rear end and Electronic steering assembly- None of these where available in North America and no idea on delivery- These are plug and play parts…. One part was not right after install; Geremy made quick contact and had new non OEM part replaced- Truck runs great and is performing well- Geremy’s team found other items wrong during first inspection that “others” said where nothing to worry about! Geremy and his team worked very professionally and kept us updated weekly and worked with us on finding these parts- These are the kind of people keeping this business moving forward- More
