Ordered a RAV4 Prime with hitch. Was told my car came in and that they would install hitch at dealer. Paid for car before they would install hitch, 53K. Turns out they are unable to install hitch due to kic and that they would install hitch at dealer. Paid for car before they would install hitch, 53K. Turns out they are unable to install hitch due to kick sensor under bumper. Called Toyota corporate to assist, unable to do anything. I am stuck with 53K RAV4 that can’t tow or even hold a bike rack. Also, still waiting for refund of undelivered hitch. Won’t hold my breath. Toyota? Never again. More

Fantastic dealership and service department. I’ve owned Honda’s and Hyundai’s and neither compare to the vehicle quaility, reliability, and consistency of dealing with Glen Toyota. If you do not mind being lied to and treated like garbage I guess ok but I think Glen Toyota sucks when you order something from parts they give you one half and it was no good and service on a paid plain t I guess ok but I think Glen Toyota sucks when you order something from parts they give you one half and it was no good and service on a paid plain that you are told will take one day takes a week and then are called and told they are working on my car as we speak but I was driving the car at the time and the service department gave me the car with no repair yes I think your dealership sucks More
