This is my 4th car with Nissan 24 my experience has always been pleasant. I'm always in a rush; JT honored my wishes as best as he could. I want to thank him for being honest and upfront me. Calvin told me when we test driving the car it had a V-8, it's a V-6. He also asked me if I had any attachment to my old license plate I replied no why, he said he would get a new one to go with the new c it's a V-6. He also asked me if I had any attachment to my old license plate I replied no why, he said he would get a new one to go with the new car (my old one is all beat up) he did not get a new one. He also told me when I come back for new registration they put a sticker on the car and full the tank up with gas. I had to go get the sticker and I paid to fill the gas tank myself. Filling out the paperwork that person asked me if I wanted the tire and wheel coverage I told him no, he said it was a good thing to have that the rims are very expensive I replied I have 3 vehicles and I have never damaged tires or rims I don't need the coverage, after getting home I seen that I signed for it, when I told him I didn't want it. When I got home the next day I seen 2 small scratches one each front fender, I showed the sale person when I picked up the registration, he told me the detailer was coming the next day Saturday ,I told he I couldn't make it, so he called the detailer to see when the next time he would be there, sale person took 2 pictures and texted them to the detailer. Calvin told me he would get back to me. That was on 1/9/26 haven't heard back yet. Calvin told me that I could buy the car after lease was up ( HOPE HE RIGHT ) More

I had the best experience in this dealership I’ve ever had. John Spadea is a knowledgeable, polite, helpful gentleman. Although I think the great Toyota Tacoma I purchased will be with me for quite awhile. But I must also thank and compliment Jason Ferreira. Without his help and consultation I may not have known about or shopped at Nissan 24.and, the follow up about service availability, oil changes and maintenance etc. was shown to me and will be used by me, particularly because of these men. It was a pleasure, and I have already told several others of my great experience. More

Wow - Car buying became fun again Well I loved the idea of buying a new car but I was not overly excited to go through the process. It’s tough to find the time to test drive and then Well I loved the idea of buying a new car but I was not overly excited to go through the process. It’s tough to find the time to test drive and then their is the negotiating which is not usually fun. Well I went in on a Sunday about 10 minutes before closing. ( thought it was open later) I just wanted to check out two vehicles and then do my research online. Angel and Jason ( a manager) were awesome. They understood it was the only time I had to get there. Angel still set me up in a test drive in both cars. Needless to say after stopping into a few other dealers to do research i got such a different vibe. I came back the next day and Angel was busy at first so I worked with Decio They wanted to sell me a car but they wanted to sell me the right car for me, and that they did. It was such teamwork it was impressive. But it was not the type of teamwork where they had to go back to the manager. All numbers were shared with me and the transaction was very transparent. Not only did they want to sell me a car but they wanted to have me as a long term customer ,not like some of my past car purchase experiences where they just sell me a car and, oh well who cares if he is happy let’s add some more things on to the price when he meets the finance manager. I actually did meet with the finance manager Richard Byda who did say sign here, initial here, sign here ..( Lol). but he also explained everything I was signing and not adding extras. Again very transparent.👍🏻 After the purchase Angel actually really went over the car, and didn’t just check off the boxes, he made sure I knew the technology I just bought. Then Mark Zurlo the manager sat down and reviewed with me to make sure I was all set and that I got what I thought I purchased. It was such a great experience. They stuck to their word on what they negotiated with me. :) And I love my car. More
