Bait and switch I had been researching to Re-Lease another Nissan Altima since my current one was coming to an end. I had communicated the terms and the price of the lease with their business office a week before since the dealership was far from my house. When I got there, it was not any different than your typical dealership. What they had promised me in writing was different than what I was going to get. After negotiating for hours, they finally got me the price that was confirmed with them prior to my arrival at the dealership. Since I was frustrated by my experience, I didn't pay close attention to how they charged me for my Taxes on the lease. Unfortunately for me, I didn't find out about my mistake until I got home. This oversite on my part cost me an extra $900 in taxes. I did try to reach out to the sale managers to remedy this issue, but I was told that I got the best deal possible. My only way out was to return the car to them and reverse the 6 hours process that I had gone through days before. They also said they can give me credit towards future service if I chose to, but I live 50 miles away so that wasn't not feasible option for me. More

When we arrived, we met Marvin Machado who was one of the nicest sales people we have ever encountered at a dealership! Marvin took the time to explain everything we needed to know abot leasing a Rouge SV and was just a pleasure to work with. The sales manager (Jayson) worked hard to make the numbers work and we were able rto walk out with the vehicle we wanted. This is a great dealership with no pressure on the customer to close the deal in minutes. More

Learn quite alot about what I should buy and not to buy certain extras that I don't need. There service is excellent. A quick shot out to Manny, the service manager, who always comes out to greet you and makes sure every thing is good and to your liking. Told them what were looking for and what options we wanted and where we wanted our payment. Got us into a vehicle with more options, newer than we were looking at, low milage and certified! Our payment was pretty close to what we wanted, but that had to do with credit score and not them. The only thing I wasn't happy with was sales and finance not explaining all the add on costs. More
