Hello dmerousi, I first want to say I am sorry you felt your experience was less than stellar, we strive tp ensure all of our customers get the very best treatment. After you picked up your new to you vehicle, the used 2017 Volvo, you called the management staff and complained about some noises that you were hearing in the front of the car, with some shaking on the highway. You spoke with Scott on the phone, and after excessively swearing and not letting Scott to help, the phone call ended. Your wife later called back apologizing for his behavior and expressed the concerns in a calmer manner. Scott assured you that we would ensure that the car you bought was checked out and the noise was fixed. You had stated that the car would not pass inspection. When you brought the car in for us to diagnose, there was no rejection sticker on the car. Regardless, we checked on the tires which were well over half life, but the tread depths were not all the same. To make this situation right, we replaced, free of charge all four tires. During that time, we noticed the shock was needed to be replaced which was causing the rest of the issues. We replaced that part for you again free of charge, from a local auto parts supplier for a quick turnaround. All the while you were provided a vehicle to use free of charge while the repairs were underway. The car was then aligned, and ready for you to pick up. A couple days after picking up your car, that had all the repairs done free of charge, because we stand behind all the vehicles we sell, we received an email telling us that the part number listed was not that from Volvo. Never in our talks did we say it would be. You then demanded that we replace your shocks with Volvo branded parts. I called you back to speak to about this, and again were met with threats and demands. I asked that I call you back on Tuesday when the service department opens again so that I can discuss it with them. You agreed. Before Tuesday came around, you left this review. Albeit leaving out how the people that are employed here have been treated poorly by you in the process. Even in this review, you felt the need to rate employees that you never had any interaction with. Leaving them puzzled and confused reaching out to me to ask who this review was from and why they had been reviewed by you with no interaction what so ever. As for OEM parts, we are a new Mazda and Subaru dealership, we do carry those OEM parts from those manufactures in our shop. We would be more than happy to facilitate you in the inspection process that was explained at purchase. We do not have an inspection station here, and you have 7 days from date of purchase to get one. If finding the time to have your car inspected is hard to schedule, we would gladly make and take your car to get the inspection done for you. Sincerely, Jason Cote General Manager
