Took truck to another dealership they are fiximg the camara and rims, getting door locked fixed on the 2nd truck & they know what the problem is unlike the workers at Oxmoor, wont ever come their agine what a waste of time

It did take three visits to completely resolve my issue, but I believe this is more Ford corporate’s fault and their process of assessing and authorizing expensive warranty repairs.I feel that the dealership‘s hands were tied and had to try the cheapest solutions before eventually determining that the expensive hybrid battery needed replaced. Once that was finally determined, they were very speedy with the replacement. They were also quick with helping me rent a car with very little difficulty. Overall, I trust them, and will continue to use them. Again, the only reason this isn’t five stars is because of the required repeat visits.
