Lucas was our sales man with the first car, but he's now a sales manager, he took time to meet with us and had Manny work with us. Manny did a great job!! Everything is so easy at this dealership: easy to make appointment, easy drop-off, comfortable waiting area. I waited for my car to be finished and it was done well ahead of the estimated time. Waiting room My experience over all was great. My only complaint was that the waiting room had jerry springer on the tv, this show is not exactly something that is My experience over all was great. My only complaint was that the waiting room had jerry springer on the tv, this show is not exactly something that is ideal for a professional establishment. During the hour and a half I was in the waiting area there were 4 different famines that came in to wait. I doubt the parents appreciated the trashy, vulgar and violent show that was being played. There were two different girls working behind the counter that didn’t seem to think this was an issue at all, in fact they were enjoying the show. There was also a sales employee that was walking around eating and drinking coffee asking people if they wanted to trade in their vehicle, I thought that was rude as well. More

You made my wife’s day It was time to get a new car if we wanted one or not. One more child meant getting a minivan. When given the choice between a Toyota or Kia my wife pr It was time to get a new car if we wanted one or not. One more child meant getting a minivan. When given the choice between a Toyota or Kia my wife preferred to stay with the Kia brand. She is loyal to the core. We have purchased 3 kias in a row sportage, sorento and now the Sedona. My wife has always had the duty of getting the maintenance done on the car and we prefer to use the dealers. We have used Tempe, Horne and Mark Kia. My wife chose Mark Kia to buy the new van because she prefers their service dept. But thanks to our two sales people we will buy our next Kia at Mark Kia. We felt No push, they even went to another lot get a lesser costing model so we could literally compare the top of the line next to the economy model. We made our purchase and were out the door in less than two hours! But what really made me want to write this is our sales person Emmanuel Nolan went the extra mile when cleaning out our old sorento to return my wife’s original pictures of our Angel who will never get to ride in the new car. She passed in 2012 and the gesture brought tears to her eyes. Thank you Manny and Mark Kia. More

Lifetime tires are Not really free cost $100 I bought the warranty for lifetime tires and had a blow out .. Not Covered. Then went discount tires and was told that my front tires thread is worn a I bought the warranty for lifetime tires and had a blow out .. Not Covered. Then went discount tires and was told that my front tires thread is worn and should be replaced. i had to buy 2 rear tires from having the blow out so i went to mark kia who sold me the lifetime tires replacement for the two front tires which i was told should be replaced but was told that the front tires were not woren down enough but got an approval to replace the two front tires but it still cost me a$110 for the alignment! And the New tires were Not placed on the rear but put on the front which when i had to buy the new rear tires was months before. And was told that the newest tires should always be placed on the rear of the car??And had all the valve caps on when i took it in and got it back with one of the caps missing! More
