I bought a used hyundai and had to have an engine replacement after a month after a day or so of in town driving I overheated as there was no fluid in the radiator. Nothing blows my socks off when I come here. I have to call three or four times before I can get a person on the phone. When I go pay the girls miserable and Awkward silence. We really like the dealership. We split our time between our home in Florida and a summer home in the Capital Region. We have our dealer down in Florida, but we were looking for a good Ford dealer in the Capital Region. We tried several, but none compared to Ford of Latham. We will definitely be going there for any needed service/maintenance. The new dealership is really nice, conveniently located and the people are great, too. They were short a service technician and it was a Saturday, so it took a little longer than I had hoped, but they did a great job and kept me informed of everything. We will definitely be back. More
