Jared Laska is an AMAZING service advisor and the only reason I've stayed a customer for almost 3 years now. However, I have finally had enough. My car only has ~65k miles on it and every repair I have ha reason I've stayed a customer for almost 3 years now. However, I have finally had enough. My car only has ~65k miles on it and every repair I have had done at James Wood has needed to be re-fixed again by them. The mechanics cannot seem to get it right and when they do, I still get charged absurd labor prices to fix their own mistakes. After 3 years of putting up with this I've had enough and am in the process of selling my Buick, so I can get something actually reliable and repairable by a dealership with mechanics that are competent. More

My wait for an oil change was way to long especially when I had an appointment. I did ask for a car wash but I have done so before and did not have to wait that long. Got me in fast when I let my oil change go longer than I should have. Changed my oil, rotated my tires and made sure tire pressure was correct. Never communicated that the recall service I scheduled would take over 4 hours. Neither at the time of scheduling nor when I told the service representative that I was staying. When I checked on my car at would take over 4 hours. Neither at the time of scheduling nor when I told the service representative that I was staying. When I checked on my car at the 2 hour mark, they were annoyed with ME and said I would just have to reschedule for a date more convenient with me. I don’t know anyone that has time to sit at a dealership for 4+ hours for a recall. More
