My requests were ignored, I was forced into the outdated car-buying routine of sitting in a cubicle while a sales rep vanished for 45 minutes, only to return with a manager to pressure the deal and tell me the car they claimed to have wasn’t actually available. I then contacted Sloane, clearly explained what I wanted and the terms under which I would buy and it turned into the single best car-buying experience of my life. No games. Just honest answers. They delivered exactly what they promised, including getting the vehicle to me within 15 minutes in a completely frictionless process. Rob provided every piece of information I asked for and clearly explained the differences between trim levels so I could make an informed choice. He gave me a great overview of the financing options available through Toyota Financial and made it clear that I was in complete control of the decision — never once trying to push or persuade me. Having purchased eleven vehicles in my life, I can confidently say this was the easiest and most comfortable transaction I’ve ever had. Even the finance process at the end was stress-free. The financial representative walked me through several extended warranty options in a very professional way, and because of his clear explanation, I decided to purchase one for long-term peace of mind. I’m also very happy with my decision to switch from my Ram 1500 to this Tacoma. While some might see it as a downsize, it actually fits my needs perfectly and saves me fuel on my daily commute. The dealership as a whole has been attentive and responsive throughout the process. Even though Sloane Toyota is about 45 minutes from my home (and I have another dealer, Peruzzi just six minutes away), the excellent service made the trip completely worthwhile.
