We purchased a new 2025 Lexus NX last week after turning in my much-loved 2011 Lexus ES, which had also been purchased new at Lexus of Sarasota in 2011. He has reached out several times since the sale to see if we have any questions. We will be returning to the dealership this week for a second orientation to the newer technological features. Love Jamie - he was really great on the phone and great follow up. Wine was a nice touch but would have expected more given I have been with Lexus over 15 years.
