Just purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from Grand Subaru and the experience from the moment I walked in was relaxed, enjoyable and pressure free! James was appointed to discuss financing of my new car, and options for extended warranties. He was thorough, but pushy, even after I declined repeatedly.
