Just purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from Grand Subaru and the experience from the moment I walked in was relaxed, enjoyable and pressure free! Mark Hoen was immediately friendly, genuine and knowledgeabl and the experience from the moment I walked in was relaxed, enjoyable and pressure free! Mark Hoen was immediately friendly, genuine and knowledgeable. He was able to work through what I needed, without pressure or pushy tactics. The entire experience was smooth, easy and borderline fun. James was appointed to discuss financing of my new car, and options for extended warranties. He was thorough, but pushy, even after I declined repeatedly.
