In December 2019, I purchased a BMW from Certified Benz & Beemer and enjoyed the experience so much I decided to leave my high stress career in financial services for this position ... and I haven't looked back since! In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor activities like skiing and hiking and I always look forward to another travel adventure (Spain, Ireland and Colombia are some of my recent favorites). Very clean and immaculate car inventory. Low pressure and James V. was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at 2021 BMW 750i xDrive. The delivery was flawless and even when I had a slight issue with the tint, Robert took it in and replaced it immediately. This is the place to get a luxury used car from, for sure. Buying a vehicle can be a stressful process so I make sure to perform my due diligence and do my research, not only on the vehicle I want, but on the business I'll be doing business with. All of my res sure to perform my due diligence and do my research, not only on the vehicle I want, but on the business I'll be doing business with. All of my research indicated that Certified Benz & Beemer conducts business at an elite level so that is where I chose to find my next vehicle. I knew I wanted a luxury sport vehicle so I made a list of a few of the many models they had in stock that met my criteria and headed over to Scottsdale. I was lucky enough to walk in on Thursday afternoon because James happened to be working and that man knows his stuff. He has a laid-back, even keeled quality to the way he does business and was supportive and knowledgeable throughout the process, not pressuring me a single time. After narrowing it down to 2 fantastic vehicles, I told him I was going to go home and make a final decision and would be back the next day to make a purchase. At this point, many other lesser salesmen would have turned up the pressure to try and keep me in the building until I made a purchase. James, knowing his client, did the right thing and gave me the vehicle pricing information, his card and promised to send me a reminder text the next day and let me walk out that door. No pressure which showed the trust he has in his product and his business, knowing I would be back. And I was. He even sent me a synopsis text with a video of each of the vehicles I was choosing from. I am happy to say I made a purchase of a beautiful BMW. I've bought many vehicles over the years, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I will be coming to James when I'm in the market for a truck next year, he has gained a lifetime client. Unfortunately, the story doesn't end there. The next day I noticed some minor damage to the interior door panel that I hadn't noticed before. I sent James a text with a picture and just as an elite level business should do, they made it right and immediately set me up with repair at my leisure. More
