Average I purchased a BMW Z4 from this location. The Dealer's service was Great as far as courtesy and friendliness. However, the disclosure of the car's insp I purchased a BMW Z4 from this location. The Dealer's service was Great as far as courtesy and friendliness. However, the disclosure of the car's inspection was sub-par. The windshield wiper motor was not working, and I was failed to be informed of this. I would have still purchased the vehicle, but a full disclosure would have been nice. More

Overall Poor Service This dealership service department as usual is slow to respond for any routine service or repair. They fail to realize that as a paying customer our t This dealership service department as usual is slow to respond for any routine service or repair. They fail to realize that as a paying customer our time is important and follow up is key. If I make an appointment for a previously discussed repair that has already been reviewed by their technician I would expect some sort of followup soon rather than later. I dropped my car off at 8:45am. And didnt hear from those guys until 12pm and that's because I called. Just to find out that my car hadn't been taken back for service...how??? Ridiculous service and this is the norm. It generally takes 2 to 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. No worries, I won't be back. Faulty repairs and slow service for the 4 repairs I've had is the reason why. Not to add the questionable shuttle service and the poor follow up. Customer service really sucks because you have to force communication. Comfy waiting room though. More

Replace Battery Great service, but I’m disappointed in that my battery failed after 7 months of a 30 month warranty. The dealer replaced the battery at no cost except Great service, but I’m disappointed in that my battery failed after 7 months of a 30 month warranty. The dealer replaced the battery at no cost excepting a labor charge of $25. Since the battery was defective and I paid for the initial installation,I feel this to be unfair. It was a GM battery under warranty and I should not reasonably anticipate incurring a labor expense on a virtually new battery. I’m a long time customer and enjoy the relative comradely of a long-time relationship. It’s a wonderful service department. I’ll likely be a customer until I no longer can operate a vehicle.
