Team very polite and making efforts to make the scheduled service. I scheduled service for 10.000 miles maintenance (oil change + tire rotation) Issue that no info that I need to wait for so long to get my service. I scheduled service for 10.000 miles maintenance (oil change + tire rotation) Issue that no info that I need to wait for so long to get my car and after claim about my car had the service done but did not washed and the label indicating the new date/mile for oil change has not replaced (that was the old one). By the time that the car was done when I had complained not sure if the tire rotation has been executed. I believe yes once The efforts of Service Team to have my job done was very good! Personally I do not like to have a service fast, I can wait (once previously advised) no matter the time but make sure that the service was made correctly... Hopefully next time the 2 topics mentioned above can meet my expectations More

Excellent service as always! . Scheduling online is easy, they always have snacks or sandwiches and water while waiting, and the service guy who attended to me is one of the fines . Dealer doesn’t honor their mistakes. Went for tire lock replacement and the dealer stripped the new key lock for the tire but refused to admit their wrong doing. Both Assistant service manage and service write up person Jordan denied the truth. I found out about it when I was at my tire rotation place that the key cannot be used. The dealership is the only one touched this key before that. My question is, what if was a flat tire in the middle of no where with my kids in the car?? Or rushing a child to the hospital and can’t change a flat tire in order to make to the hospital?? They are really not worth trusting. More

I have been to more than 15 dealers in search for a good new car, and this dealership is the best one that I have ever seen. The sales consultants are really really friendly and supportive. What I like abou new car, and this dealership is the best one that I have ever seen. The sales consultants are really really friendly and supportive. What I like about this dealership is that al of the consultants are really professional they know what features the toyota cars have with different models. Most of all, the service is definitely a super star. I came to this dealership driving my girlfriend's car, and they even cleaned her car for me ! It's such a good service! BEST DEALERSHIP EVER. More

In my search for a new car, I visited a couple of other dealers before coming to Victory Toyota, but as soon as I walked in the door I knew that this was service that I could look forward to. The salespers dealers before coming to Victory Toyota, but as soon as I walked in the door I knew that this was service that I could look forward to. The salesperson that greeted me at the entrance (and ended up selling me the car) was very friendly, knowledgeable and, perhaps most importantly, constantly thinking about the purchase from the customer's point of view. He was extremely thorough in his explanation of the car's exterior and interior features, making sure to explain the practical use of each feature he highlighted. He also accompanied my wife and I on our test drives, providing helpful information on the car's interface and handling along the way. He was also very patient as we debated between different models and colors once we had settled on the build we wanted, whereas I always felt rushed at the other dealers to come to a quick decision on this major purchase. He was transparent and up-front with price, giving sound advice on the usefulness of additional options. Lastly, he introduced me to many of the managers and relevant staff at the dealership, making me feel welcome and secure knowing that there is such a warm network of professionals ready to help me whenever necessary. This is my first new-car purchase, and I can confidently recommend Victory Toyota to anyone looking for a spectacular experience. More
