I am a graduate of Eastern Michigan University’s acclaimed Political Science program. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Public Administration at the same institution. My work history includes management and supervisory positions in various organizational settings. However, working at Victory Toyota is my first experience in the automobile industry. I have been an employee at Victory Toyota since November 2010. Through various classes, simulations, and tutelage from professionals in sales, service, and parts, I have become an aspiring product specialist and astute sales professional. I have also elevated my level of customer service working diligently to provide customers with their needs, wants, and desires. Most of all, I have made many friends in the process. I look forward to the numerous opportunities and meeting many new people.

I have been to more than 15 dealers in search for a good new car, and this dealership is the best one that I have ever seen. The sales consultants are really really friendly and supportive. What I like about this dealership is that al of the consultants are really professional they know what features the toyota cars have with different models. Paul Adam is not your ordinary salesman; he seems genuine when he is telling you about your purchase. He has great follow up; he answered all of my questions which made my car purchase seamless. This was a great car buying experience and a much better one than the last car I bought. Paul knew about the competing brands that I researched and was able to tell me the benefits of a Prius over other br one than the last car I bought.
