The employees kept saying that their owner, Mark Allen, was different. And without exaggerating, I can say that that's true. My first salesperson, Jacob Smith, was extremely attentive, searching multiple was different. And without exaggerating, I can say that that's true. My first salesperson, Jacob Smith, was extremely attentive, searching multiple dealerships for cars that suited my needs and sending me links to options. Then, Jacob referred me to my on-site salesperson at the Sapulpa location, James Hoppe. James was honestly a shining star. His insistence on a deeper level of customer service was constant. He listened, he went to work for me, and he followed up. The sales manager, Scott, worked hard to get me a deal I was happy with.
