The employees kept saying that their owner, Mark Allen, was different. And without exaggerating, I can say that that's true. My first salesperson, Jacob Smith, was extremely attentive, searching multiple was different. And without exaggerating, I can say that that's true. Then, Jacob referred me to my on-site salesperson at the Sapulpa location, James Hoppe. James was honestly a shining star. His insistence on a deeper level of customer service was constant. He listened, he went to work for me, and he followed up. The sales manager, Scott, worked hard to get me a deal I was happy with. After being disappointed by other dealerships, I wound up being thrilled with this dealership and it's employees. A 5-star experience. More
