He was so welcoming, calm, so patient and all smiles. He makes you feel that you are in good, HONEST hands. Throughout the entire process, James checked in on me. He made sure everything was running as smooth as possible and continually let me know he was there for anything I needed. My salesman was Allen Yarber. He was kind, not aggressive at all and very accommodating. I was helped through the credit process by George Yuret. George is so friendly and happy. He made the process easy and smooth. I then met with Abraham Karyako, Business Manager. This was the easiest, non-intimidating finance process ever. He was not pushy at all- in fact the complete opposite. Abraham was understanding, straightforward and sincere. When I was done, James was with another customer. I waved and said "bye James". James got up, walked over to me, shook my hand and thanked me. How beautiful!!!!! Normally, dealerships are so frustrating, intimidating, full of arrogance with people who speak to you like you are ignorant. That is so far from the case here at VW of Nanuet.
