In late February 2024 I purchased an X4, by May the car needed repairs and as of today, AUGUST 16, the car is still with Ramsey in the repair shop! I was told SEVERAL times the parts are on the way but thr needed repairs and as of today, AUGUST 16, the car is still with Ramsey in the repair shop! I was told SEVERAL times the parts are on the way but three months is a long time to wait on parts! They are liars and I will never purchase another car from them, EVER! More

I dropped off my car there, and as soon as I walked in, they treated me like family. My service advisor was patient with me and he explains everything, and even the service manager James's I believe his they treated me like family. My service advisor was patient with me and he explains everything, and even the service manager James's I believe his name greeted me and made sure I was okay when I arrived. When I left, he double-checked if I needed anything and told me not to hesitate to approach him. He's a great guy! They've definitely gained a customer for life. I had a bad experience at a different BMW dealer, but their customer service is top-notch. I usually don’t Leave Review about this place deserves it More

Fantastic dealer who provides headache free service for my vehicle. Car was picked up, serviced, cleaned and returned without me doing more than walking out side of my job to give the driver the keys. Ver my vehicle. This is one of the main reasons I love my BMW and my service department team! Ben is always a gem to work with , honest, professional and Jim Crowe is someone I have Known for years and followed from previous dealerships as I have A lot of respect for him and know my car is in great hands as long as he is running the show.
