Today is November 10th, I bought a car with these guys on
10/14/2025, I was waiting on the title I figured. Hey, I'll get the title within a week or two, I thought I'd got it in but that was another thing.

So today is November 10th 2024, and they have not uploaded the title documents yet.
I would say that such a display of competence and lack of customer service regarding something like this is very low.
I asked the lady why the documents weren't uploaded quickly. She asked me what do you mean, I said that I generally get titles within a week or two after actually having bought a car. I generally get titles within a week or two after actually having bought a car.
She seemed surprised at that particular response, she said. Wow!.
I don't know what to say, buying the car was easy but apparently the the after sale support end is just awful.

Thank you for your message and for outlining your concerns.
I reviewed Alabama’s statutes with respect to vehicle titling and dealer obligations. Under Alabama Code § 32‑8‑45, a dealer is required, when purchasing a vehicle for resale, to obtain the certificate of title from the owner or lienholder within 15 days. Also, under Alabama Code § 40‑12‑264 a purchaser (including a dealer) has up to 20 calendar days from vehicle acquisition to procure a license tag or plate. However, I found no statutory time-frame that specifically requires a dealer, after selling a vehicle to a retail consumer, to have the title uploaded to the DMV or delivered to the purchaser by a certain day-count.
That said, we recognize your frustration, you completed your purchase on 10/14/2025 and today it is 11/10/2025, so almost a month has passed without the title being uploaded or delivered as you expected.
I will follow up immediately on your behalf to determine why the delay occurred and expedite the title. Our goal is to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Alabama, a dealer acting as a designated agent must electronically submit a title application and supporting documents to the state within 10 calendar days of creating the application. The dealer is responsible for properly completing all paperwork and submitting it along with the required fees to the Alabama Department of Revenue (ADOR) within this timeframe.
Timeframe: The dealer has 10 calendar days to upload the completed title application and supporting documents.
Responsibility: The dealer must complete the application, assemble all required documents, and submit them to the ADOR.
Regulation: This is a requirement under Alabama law (Code of Alabama, 1975 §32-8-35).
Registration: The vehicle must be registered within 20 days to ensure the title application serves as a valid permit for operation until the registration is complete.
