I told him at 11:15 I had a noon HVAC appt; he said just a few minutes more. I had told him I wanted to talk about things after the service. He said he would email me the check list since I had no time to talk. No check list emailed that day or the 29th. Emailed him around 8 a.m. 1/30, no response and no check list. Received standard email from Jairo on 1/31 thanking me for coming in; I emailed him back at 8 a.m. again asking for the check list from my car's service. It is currently 12:35 p.m. on the 31st, still no check list. I need to know what they did as I have some items from Jan 2024 to check. (I can't rate the quality of work as I have no idea what they did.) More
