The service advisor seemed like he was bothered that I had come to get my oil change. He was disengaged and was very short with me. Once my car was done he just told me to go pay. He did not go over anything or let me know when my next service would be. This is my second time here and I experienced the same awful customer service then but I figured that he may have just had a bad day. I picked Southbay Infiniti because it was closer but I will be going back to Cerritos Infiniti where I know they care about there customers and deliver excellent customer service.
