They bent over backwards to get me a great deal. I will recommend that anyone who is looking to buy a Toyota should only go to Ventura Toyota. I shopped at other dealers and they were the best by far. My salesman, Luis Martinez, was fantastic. After I drive the car, with Luis, I was hooked. He made sure I got the car I wanted at a great price. Before I left the lot, Luis took a lot of time to explain to me how everything worked inside the car. Jaime, the sales manager was exceptional in working with Luis to get the monthly payment to be where it had to be. He is a great manager. Johnny Flores, the financial service manager, besides being professional and helpful was also very nice. He even got me a danish and my girlfriend a soda, as we had not eaten and were thirsty. Everyone that I dealt with in purchasing my new vehicle was awesome. Now I can enjoy my beautiful new Rav-4. We returned to the dealership a second time and Luis patiently again went over the programming procedures for my fiancé as well as myself. We opted to buy their " Finishing Touch" protection plan from Marion Swain. She was very nice and helpful. All and all, everyone we have met and dealt with at Ventura Toyota have been wonderful and it's been a pleasure doing business with all of them. More

I needed a great deal and I got one! My family and I have a tight budget, so every penny has to be closely thought out. We needed transportation so that I could get to work, but we also needed a great deal to be able to buy a car within our budget. Our sales person was fantastic!!! This is the second time that he helped us in buying a car and we couldn't be happier.His name is Luis Martinez and again, he listened to what WE wanted and made it happen for us. We left the lot with a new car and happy faces. We now have a car that gets over 50 miles per gallon and we love it! The car payment is unbelievable and we are driving a hi-tech well crafted car. It is great to get behind the wheel and not have to worry if you will have car trouble. There was no high pressure sales involved. We got what we wanted. So happy!!! More

My family and I have been going to Ventura Toyota / Scion for years. My family and I have gotten about 15-20 cars from Ventura Toyota / Scion. We keep coming back because we know that they will take care of us. Luis Martinez is who I keep going back to and refer people to because Luis is not just a salesman he is someone who genuinely wants to make sure you get what you like and makes you feel like your happiness is the most important mission for him. I will continue to go back to Luis because of the amazing effort he puts into all the people he helps. I have also had the pleasure of working with Jamie Torres, Marion Swain, Jackie Sanchez and most recently with Lee Jaitt. They have all made sure we didn't feel rushed or pressured into any deal and they always make sure to explain anything we might have any questions on before proceeding. I can honestly say i know i will get taken care of as long as they are there and now I feel like they are all family, thats how welcomed they make me feel. I treasure the relationship I have with them and thats not something a lot of people will or can say about people they deal with when it comes to getting a car. Thank you Jaime Torres, Marion Swain, Jackie Sanchez, Lee Jaitt and most importantly Luis Martinez for making our car purchasing experiences happy ones.
