Worst customer service I have ever seen. I would not purchase ever again. They are trying to back out of replacing the windshield because I am 7 days over the thirty day we owe . Not like um six months or something and they told me they would set appointments up because it had to be done there.. I told them I work out of town and they said no big deal. I also had to dump 2500 in tires the second day I owned it because tires were separated.. the worst used car inspection I have ever seen. They didn't even change the oil. Buyer beware . Horrible horrible customer service. Planed on buying another vehicle from them but no way of that ever happening. Wish I could return vehicle I have and give my business to a different dealer More

I started at 8:15 working with Manny the sales rep who was good. Once I was handed over to the finance gentleman my experience completely fell to the floor and proved all the reviews I had read about to b was good. Finance gentleman was Jaime Jaquez Extremely rude from the moment I stepped into his office. First impressions are key and clearly he was locked out. Never introduced himself, hand shake, a smile…. Absolutely nothing! Spoke to me like I was an idiot, assumed I knew all the documents I was signing, and clearly did not want me sitting in his office. I was going to finance with Quebedeaux however the service I was provided with pushed me to seek financing on my own. I’ve emailed him and called left a voicemail and not a single return call or reply. To be clear I will never do business with Quebedeuax and will definitely make sure not to send anyone that direction. Pretty surprised that a big company like this wouldn’t want me to be a returning customer as well as a customer who encourages others to buy there. Sadly you’ve lost the customer service aspect of your business which is extremely important and sadly I will not consider myself a customer of yours. Hope my experience helps others in their decision to purchase anything from Quebedeaux. More
