My service advisor was very professional and very helpful. I much happier there for numerous reasons compared to the North Miami Beach location number one. It’s a more relaxed atmosphere. The owner shouldn’t have paid $1 billion for the North Miami Beach because the prices for labor parts are too expensive there. Tony Marquez was terrific and explained what service I should have. I forgot about the wipers and boy, did they need replacing. I was amazed. Jeremy was on point. Spoke to salesman who sold me my car (Mike Banko) who came up immediately when I showed up. Some wonderful person brought out sn Jeremy was on point. Spoke to salesman who sold me my car (Mike Banko) who came up immediately when I showed up. Some wonderful person brought out snacks for people sitting and waiting. No less than 3 people walked by and asked if I was ok. Impressive. I need getting a key made for my car and Mike inferred he’d come get car and bring it back if necessary (Wednesday is only day it can happen and I can’t get off work). What’s that about? Craziness! I’m no babe if the woods, but this was, again, impressive. Jeremy answered my questions and he seemed to sense I had more, but I was reluctant. He asked again and answered my reservations about the car. Awesome sauce. And by the way, I am the GM of a $15+ million restaurant/bar. I know service. Thank You guys. More
