Good afternoon, my problem isn't with my service provider. However, I brought my car in for issues with not being able to communicate while using my cellphone. I was told that I needed an upgrade to provider. However, I brought my car in for issues with not being able to communicate while using my cellphone. I was told that I needed an upgrade to be able to communicate while driving. To my surprise, the cost was $189.00 and would take up to three hours. I am a previous owner of a Lexus. I love my car and speak very highly of Lexus service; however, I was and still am disappointed to have to pay for an update to be able to communicate via the phone while driving. As a former Lexus owner, I have always appreciated the quality of the brand and have praised Lexus service. However, I am frustrated that I have to pay for an upgrade simply to be able to communicate via phone while driving. This is not the level of service I expect from a luxury brand.
