We recently visited this dealership to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and our experience started on a high note. The sales team was absolutely fantastic, professional, attentive, and genuine Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and our experience started on a high note. The sales team was absolutely fantastic, professional, attentive, and genuinely collaborative. It was clear that they cared about making the customer experience as seamless as possible. Each salesperson we encountered went above and beyond, working together effortlessly to ensure we were taken care of. However, things took a significant turn when we reached the managerial level, particularly with the finance and sales manager. After meeting with the finance manager @JaimeGaitan, we were immediately pushed into a series of “coverage upgrades” that were presented as essential, as if the lender was recommending them. These were on top of the typical GAP insurance, which we were already familiar with. Instead of discussing our financing options, interest rates, or percentages—things you'd expect to cover in a car deal—the finance manager was fixated on the monthly payment, refusing to provide any clarity when asked about the specific terms. His response was a dismissive “That’s the rate the lender approved you guys,” before trying to sneak in an extended warranty disguised as part of the Certified Pre-Owned package. We caught this misrepresentation and declined the extended warranty. At this point, the finance manager walked out on us, saying we needed to renegotiate with sales, leaving us bewildered. Then came the sales manager @EricStampone, who only added to the confusion. He tried to insist that the so-called "CPO Agreement" was not an extended warranty, yet failed to explain how it wasn’t. Our question was simple: why call it a CPO agreement if it’s an extended warranty, why not just call it that? The sales manager stuck to his story, claiming it wasn’t an extended warranty but rather a “wrap.” Later, he even texted me a brochure that contradicted his claims, clearly labeling the coverage as an extended warranty for CPO vehicles. When I asked for further clarification and why we couldn’t get clear financing terms from the finance manager, he avoided answering and instead questioned why I was upset. His final stance was to dismiss the deal entirely, stating, “That’s the way it is,” as if that would somehow settle the matter. The saddest part is that this entire deal was derailed by management, who seemed more focused on tricking customers into add-ons rather than being transparent. It’s a shame because the sales team worked hard to build trust and provide a positive experience, only for the managers to squander it with their underhanded tactics. My heart goes to the hardworking sales staff, who deserve better leadership. Unfortunately, the management here seems more interested in misleading their customers than closing an honest deal. Proceed with caution if you’re dealing with anyone beyond the sales team. More

I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service provided by your team at the dealership. From the moment my mom walked in, she was greeted by a sales guy name Kevin. He couldn’t help her since he was busy with 2 other clients, however, instead of keeping her waiting, he was professional enough to find her someone available to help her. Alex Caballero was available at the moment and how lucky she was to have him as her salesperson. Alex was not only very knowledgeable about the vehicles but also genuinely interested in finding the perfect fit for her needs. He treated her as a friend, was always honest on the pricing, never pushed her on the deal and worked hard to get her a good deal, which I know it wasn’t easy since her income was not huge and she did not have the best credit score. Subaru of Pembroke Pines was the 4th dealer we visited that day and we couldn’t believe how outstanding they were, in comparison with the other dealers we previously visited. It was amazing the extra hours Alex and his team stayed there to help my mom get the vehicle she needed. The finance and sales team integrated by Bryan Medina (Sales Manager) and Glenn Martin( Financing Dept) went above and beyond to ensure a smooth approval process, navigating through all the necessary paperwork with expertise and patience. Also a special shoutout to the director Jaime-Gaitan for going the extra mile to secure the best possible financing options, truly making this purchase a dream come true. The prices were very competitive but Luis price was significantly better than the others. We went over the terms via phone and email and were able to meet at the dealership to finalize everything.
