Disappointed that there is a service bulletin issue on my new vehicle and the dealership is unaware of what is causing the problem. Was really disappointed that the technician stood on my bumper to do new vehicle and the dealership is unaware of what is causing the problem. Was really disappointed that the technician stood on my bumper to do the repairs on my truck . There are multiple prints all over the bumper and the bumper is vinyl wrap susceptible to damage from boots. I emailed my concern with photos to the dealer on two occasions, and there was no apology or acknowledgment. More

I sat three and a half hours for what was supposed to hour and a half. No coffee for customers? No drivers? My remote STILL doesn't work too. No way tech didn't know remote start didn't work. Scranton has been the Chevy dealership I have solely used for my 2 vehicles since February 2020. Except after being told that I was waiting too long in the "waiting" room I will not be returning. It is much for my 2 vehicles since February 2020. Except after being told that I was waiting too long in the "waiting" room I will not be returning. It is much easier for me to bring work and wait than have someone take 2 hours out of their day to drive me both ways. More

The only place I bring my vehicles for repairs and service. When my transmission went bad at 100,000 miles, I did not even shop around. Was not happy. ..Had to wait over an hr, cause u did not have anyone there that could give me a ride home, while my car was being serviced, which was less than 1/2 m ..Had to wait over an hr, cause u did not have anyone there that could give me a ride home, while my car was being serviced, which was less than 1/2 mile up the road.....!!!!!.....when I had my Nissen serviced, they always drove me home, and picked me up, when my car was ready...More than once....!!!!!!!!!!!!
